Booking for your potluck on Tuesday the 19th.
I tried to book for your Friday Christmas meal but your receptionist did not know what to do with my call and could not understand/hear English properly. This is how you lose people. You cannot have a front desk this dysfunctional. Communications is key if you want 411 to thrive. I’m not the only one who has had this problem with your front desk over the phone.
