Investing in older adults
411 Seniors’ is dedicated to the well–being of those aged 55 and older and is a fierce advocate for its members. The Centre provides senior–led programs and services that mobilizes older adults’ diverse strengths, talents, interests and expertise to the benefit of fellow older adults and the community at large.
411 Seniors’ 2023 BC Budget Submission
In June 2022, 411 Seniors Centre Society had the opportunity to make a submission to the BC Provincial Government which identifies key priority areas for funding to better support community based nonprofit seniors’ centres and other nonprofit community-based seniors serving organizations in BC. 411 also provided recommendations on what should be included in the 2023 BC Provincial Budget.
