Become a member today or renew your annual membership! Our members make 411 Seniors what it is. We are deeply committed to our members and your ongoing support is important to us. Membership costs $15.00 CAD per year and comes with many benefits, including the chance to be a part of a vibrant and inclusive community of older adults.

Membership Form
Please fill out this form to register or renew your annual membership at the 411 Seniors Centre Society. We do not use or disclose personal information for any purpose other than those for which it was collected for (except with a member’s express consent, or as required by law).
The membership fee is $15.00 CAD per year and can be paid by cash, cheque, card or online (links are down below for online payment).

411 Code of Conduct
Members agree to abide by the 411 Seniors Centre’s “Code of Conduct”, which reads: The 411 Seniors Centre is committed to providing a meeting place where everyone is safe and treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Behavior, which is discriminatory, violent, or threatening will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: discriminatory comments or actions, aggressive or threatening physical or verbal behavior, use of coarse language, or other behaviors that are considered inappropriate. The 411 Seniors Centre has the right to deny service if this conduct is not followed.
