About the Role
Help support our community kitchen by collecting food donations from Donors and delivering them to 411 Seniors Centre. This role helps us provide meals for seniors in our community.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pick up food donations during the scheduled pickup window.

Load and transport donations safely, following the kitchen team’s food-handling instructions.

Deliver donations promptly to the Centre and assist with unloading.

Notify the Chef as early as possible if you cannot attend a scheduled pickup.

Report any pickup delays, donation concerns or transportation issues.
Requirements

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Access to your own reliable vehicle with sufficient space for donations.

Current vehicle insurance appropriate for this volunteer activity.

Reliability, punctuality and clear communication.

Ability to safely load and unload food donations; please discuss any lifting limitations with us.
