2023 Annual General Meeting – June 22, 2023
We at 411 Seniors Society are embarking on a most exciting new future in our beautiful new Centre at 3205 Fraser St. And we need as many willing hands as we can gather to build the best seniors’ community here at 411. NOMINATIONS PROCESS:
The Nominating Committee will meet with interested people prior to May 10, 2023 before preparing and posting a list of recommended candidates.
The list of nominees will be posted on 411’s website, on-site at the new 411 Seniors Centre and via post by May 18.
The general membership has extra time after the initial posting during which to nominate additional candidates. This must be done with the written consent of the nominee, endorsed by no less than 5 voting members and filed with the Board Secretary, Alana Kenyon,secretary@411seniors.bc.ca no less than 3 weeks before the AGM. The closing date for this filing is June1.
There will be no nominations from the floor per our existing by-laws.
