Drop-In Support at the Centre
411 Seniors has an open-door policy. Older adult volunteers and staff are available in person from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to support older adults in the community connecting them to the programs, services and resources they require. Volunteers and staff can help answer questions or concerns relating to 411 programming and services, pensions, housing, health care, responsible tax completion, and much more.
Our current location
The 411 Seniors new centre is now open at 3502 Fraser Street in East Vancouver and 411’s current operating hours are from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
