4 Roma tomatoes
½ onion
¼  bunch of cilantro
½ jalapeno (remove seeds for milder version, add the entire jalapeno for heat)
I Tbsp. of vinegar or squeezed lemon
Salt to taste.
Finely chop and combine all the ingredients allowing the flavours to combine. Prepare at least two hours before serving, refrigerate and serve. Delicious!
